Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, procedure, or treatment. if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must at least call or DM at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. However, providing less than 48 'hours' notice will require you to pay a 50% cancellation fee. There is a 10-minute grace period. In order to not disturb the following client's appointment, your session will be shortened and you are expected to pay for the full service. If arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show and If you happen to no-show or cancel the day of your appointment, you will be subject to 100% fee of service cost. The card on file will be charged or an invoice will be sent to you and must be paid within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
